How It Works: The N8N Workflow

The magic happens in the N8N workflow. Here's a high-level overview of the process:

AI Agent: This is the core of the operation. It uses a large language model (like GPT-4) and a custom system message to understand and respond to user queries. The system message defines the chatbot's personality, the services offered, and the rules for booking appointments.

Day Checker: A simple code tool to ensure appointments are only booked on business days.
Get Availability: This tool calls a sub-workflow to check your Google Calendar for free slots, preventing double bookings.
